Instructional coaching is partnership between two educators, working toward one goal. While an experienced teacher, the coach is not an expert, but a collaborator, a consultant, a support. The coach is a mediator of thinking and supports the teacher in identifying learning goals, developing and using an instructional approach, and monitoring progress.
